1. Establishment and Foundation (2017):

SAMIMEX Joint Stock Company was officially established on December 25, 2017, with its headquarters located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. From the very beginning, SAMIMEX set its sights on becoming a reliable partner in exporting Vietnamese agricultural products, particularly high-quality rice.

2. Transition to Joint Stock Company (2019):

In 2019, SAMIMEX underwent a significant milestone by transitioning from a limited company (LLC) to a Joint Stock Company. This transformation marked a strategic move to expand its business operations, attract investment, and strengthen its capabilities in serving international markets. 

3. Early Growth and Market Entry (2018–2020):

In its initial years, SAMIMEX focused on building a strong foundation by forming partnerships with leading farmers and cooperatives in the Mekong Delta – Vietnam’s most renowned rice-growing region. The company expanded its operations and secured its first export contracts with international markets such as the Philippines, UAE, and Australia.

4. Strategic Expansion (2021–2023):

SAMIMEX expanded its market reach to New Zealand, Europe, and other regions by continuously improving product quality and aligning with international standards like ISO 22000 and HACCP. The company also invested in modernizing its processing and packaging facilities to ensure consistent quality and meet the stringent requirements of its B2B partners.

5. Recognition and Growth (2023–Present):

With over six years of experience, SAMIMEX has become a trusted name in the global rice export industry. Its flagship products, including ST25 rice, Jasmine rice, and other specialty varieties, have earned a reputation for excellence among international clients. Today, SAMIMEX is proud to serve multiple markets worldwide, delivering premium rice products that represent the best of Vietnam's agricultural heritage.
